About the role
As a CRM, you will be responsible for attending customers, telephone calls, speaking to them politely, providing the desired information, and understanding their needs. Beside, you will attend to the incoming emails from the customers, perfect in excel , send offers to the inquiries. follow up, etc.
Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in sales of electrical products
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Ability to contribute to business development and market expansion
Role & Responsibilities
- To report to Regional Sales Manager, Jaipur
- Development of new customers and strengthening existing relationships in Jaipur and other cities of Rajasthan
- Achievement of assigned sales targets
- Market intelligence, competitor analysis, and reporting
- Coordination with principals and internal teams
- Age limit 25-28
